Priscilla, Queen of the Desert full tour cast joining Joe McFadden announced

The hit musical based on the iconic film is heading back out on the open road

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming production of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert as the show reveals full tour dates.

The musical is based on the Oscar-winning film of the same name about three friends who jump on a bus in Australia and head out to Alice Springs to put on a show.

The new tour is being produced by Jason Donovan, Mark Goucher, Gavin Kalin and Matthew Gale and will open at Dartford Orchard Theatre in September.

The full cast is composed of Joe McFadden, who will play Tick and Mitzi, Miles Western, who will take on the role as Bernadette and Nick Hayes will play Adam and Felicia.

They are joined by Daniel Fletcher (Bob), Miranda Wilford (Marion), Kevin Yates (Miss Understanding), Jacqui Sanchez (Cynthia). The Divas will be played by Nikki Bentley, Claudia Kariuki, Rosie Glossop and the cast is completed by Jak Allen-Anderson, Natalie Chua, Emma Crossley, Jordan Cunningham, Martin Harding, Justin-Lee Jones, Nell Martin and Edwin Ray.

The production has direction from Paul Kerryson, choreography from Tom Jackson-Greaves, designs by Phil R Daniels and Charles Cusick Smith, musical supervision by Stephen 'Spud' Murphy, musical direction from Sean Green, lighting by Ben Cracknell, sound design by Ben Harrison and casting by David Grindod.
