Islington's King's Head Theatre, which is preparing to move to a larger space adjacent to their current venue, has announced that two of its productions will transfer to the West End's Trafalgar Studios this winter

Puccini's opera La boheme, adapted for the stage by King's Head artistic director Adam Spreadbury-Maher and Becca Marriott, will run at the Trafalgar Studios 2 space from 6 December to 6 January. The cast will include Becca Marriott as Mimi, Matthew Kimble and Roger Paterson sharing the role of Ralph, Matthew Palmer and Thomas Isherwood sharing the role of Mark, Honey Rouhani as Musetta, and Lizzie Holmes playing both Mimi and Musetta.

Following this, Australian writer Tommy Murphy's play Strangers in Between will run at the venue from 10 January to 3 February. The cast includes Roly Botha as Shane, Dan Hunter as Will and Stephen Connery-Brown as Peter. The show sees a young gay man fleeing his provincial home in Australia to search for acceptance in metropolitan Sydney.
