Award-winning Sadler’s Wells resident company ZooNation’s new show Some Like It Hip Hop premieres at the Peacock Theatre this week (25 October, previews from 20 October), continuing until 19 November 2011.

Here, company member Teneisha Bonner gives us five reasons to go along…


1. Comedic tale

Some Like It Hip Hop is not only funny, it’s hilarious!
The comedic timing illustrated throughout this production is exactly
why
ZooNation has earned its reputation for brilliant story telling.

2. Creators

Some Like It Hip Hop  is ZooNation’s new production and if you enjoyed Into
the Hoods
, you are guaranteed to enjoy this.

3. Zoo history

May 2012 will Mark ZooNation’s tenth year anniversary. As a critically
acclaimed company, ZooNation are also responsible for creating the
first
ever, and longest running hip hop show to debut on a West End stage (Into The Hoods).

4. All inclusive

Some Like It Hip Hop is open to all, from 6-65 it’s an all-inclusive
piece
of Hip Hop theatre.

5. The three leads

Some Like It Hip Hop  stars Lizzie Gough and Tommy Franzen, (both
runners
up on the UK’s So You Think You Can Dance?), and Teneisha Bonner who
played
the role of ‘Spinderella’ in Into The Hoods, and was the supporting
lead
in Streetdance 3D.
