Continuing the Studio Season at the Lowry, NewUpNorth present a play which focuses on eight oddballs, hitting adulthood in the Naughties, having their lives invaded by notions of normality.

Existing on the fringes of society, Eight sheds light on these societal refugees wrestling with their identity within a spiritually bankrupt Britain.

With rave reviews in Edinburgh, London and New York, this award-winning show features eight beautifully composed monologues which mix ironic comedy, brutal honesty and surprising poignancy.

Eight runs at the Lowry from 22 – 24 July.
