1st Night Photos: Life is a Cabaret for Young & Ryan

Will Young and Michelle Ryan have both made their musical theatre debuts in Rufus Norris‘ revival of his award-winning 2006 production of Cabaret, which opened at the Savoy Theatre last night following a national tour.
Young, who plays the Emcee, and Ryan, who steps into Liza Minnelli’s shoes as Sally Bowles, are joined in the principal cast by Sian Phillips (Fraulein Schneider), Harriet Thorpe (Fraulein Kost), Matt Rawle (Cliff), Linal Haf (Herr Schultz) and Nicholas Tizzard (Ernst).
They were joined on press night by guests including producers Gloria Hunniford, John Madejski, Petula Clark, Ian Talbot and the show’s producer Bill Kenwright.
