Sweet Charity star Tamzin Outhwaite was back on stage last night (5 August 2010) having been forced to take two days off after falling down a set of stairs mid-show. The actress, who has starred in the revival throughout its Menier Chocolate Factory and West End runs, took a tumble during Tuesday night’s show and was X-rayed as a precaution against a chipped bone in her ankle. After missing two performances, the former Eastenders and Hotel Babylon star, who is currently a judge on Channel 5’s show choir talent show Don’t Stop Believing, returned to the stage last night. Tweeting later that evening, she said she had “limped through” the performance.
