A new booking period has been announced for the London production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton.

The show, which is currently running at the Victoria Palace Theatre has released new tickets for July 2019.

Miranda's musical is directed by Thomas Kail with choreography from Andy Blankenbuehler and tells the story of one of America's founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton. The unique score blends hip hop, blues, rap, jazz and r&b to reflect on America then and America now.

Hamilton won five awards including Best Actor in a Musical at the 19th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards, and the show garnered superb reviews across the board when it arrived in London, with a five star write up from WhatsOnStage's Sarah Crompton who said "If anything, it is slightly better than I thought it might be".

Jamael Westman plays Alexander Hamilton alongside Sifiso Mazibuko as Aaron Burr, Jon Robyns as King George, Rachelle Ann Go as Eliza, Allyson Ava Brown as Angelica, Jason Pennycooke as Marquis de Lafayette, Dom Hartley-Harris as George Washington, Cleve September as John Laurens, Courtney-Mae Briggs as Peggy and Tarinn Callender as Hercules Mulligan.

The show won seven Olivier Awards last year, including Best Actor in a Musical and Best Musical.

Tickets can also be bought in the show's daily lottery.
