Sierra Boggess Swaps Love for Rebecca???

Sierra Boggess, who is currently playing Christine in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom follow up Love Never Dies, is said to be in “complex negotiations” to star in Rebecca at the Shaftesbury Theatre next year. According to the Daily Mail, Boggess is being lined up by producers to play Mrs de Winter, who struggles against the ghost of her husband’s first wife Rebecca, and her viciously loyal housekeeper Mrs Danvers. The musical has book and lyrics by Michael Kunze and music by Sylvester Levay and opens at the Shaftesbury in May, replacing current incumbent Flashdance.
