Katharine McPhee has released a special recording of "She Used To Be Mine" from Waitress as she nears the end of her West End run.

McPhee, who plays Jenna, is known for her roles in Smash and CBS drama Scorpion. She previously played the role on Broadway.

Sara Bareilles and Jessie Nelson's musical Waitress opened in March this year, and tells the story of a waitress and pie-making expert who dreams of escaping her loveless marriage.

The show earned a four star review from Sarah Crompton, calling the show 'a treat'. It is directed by Diane Paulus, with choreography from Lorin Latarro, lighting from Ken Billington and designs from Scott Pask.
