The producers of All or Nothing, which transferred to the Ambassadors Theatre in March following a run at the Arts Theatre, have announced it is to close early.

Carol Harrison's musical which features the music of the Small Faces will now close on 12 May, three weeks earlier than planned.

The musical, which tells the story of four young east London boys who form a band in the 1950s, includes classic numbers such as "Whatcha Gonna Do About It", "Tin Soldier", "Lazy Sunday", "Itchycoo Park" and "All or Nothing".

In her review for WhatsOnStage, "In the end it lies somewhere between all, and nothing, but the sheer brilliance of the Small Faces' compositions keeps the show alive."

A spokesman for the theatre said a new show, to fill the gap before the previously announced Pressure opens in June, will be announced on Wednesday.
