Notable Stage & Screen Credits

• The History Boys: Originated the role of Akthar in the Alan Bennett play at the Royal National Theatre, reprising the role on Broadway, international tours, and in the 2006 film adaptation.
• Doctor Who: Played the Master (the first actor of colour to portray the character) across multiple series, as well as director Waris Hussein in the docudrama An Adventure in Space and Time.
• The Great: Starred as Count Orlo in the Hulu satire series.
• Iron Fist: Played Davos (Steel Serpent) in the Netflix/Marvel series.
• Television & Film: Credits include Last Tango in Halifax, The Boy with the Topknot, Sherlock, 24: Live Another Day, In the Club, Mr Selfridge, and The Lady in the Van.
