WOS TV: Top Theatre Video Picks – 19 May 2010

The Whatsonstage.com Television channel is a rapidly expanding archive of theatre-related video content. As well as our exclusive first night reports, we regularly add show trailers, event promos, interviews, video diaries and behind-the-scenes footage.

This fortnight’s Video Picks are handed over to our exclusive competition with the internet sensation Miranda Sings‘ upcoming London concerts. We’re inviting readers to demonstrate how well they can out-Miranda Miranda by sharing video clips of themselves murdering some of their own favourite show tunes in true Miranda fashion.

The winner of the competition – as judged by the lady herself – will be invited to join Miranda on stage at the 3 June 2010 performance for a special duet in front of the live theatre audience! They’ll also receive a pair of free tickets to the show, as will five runners-up. And all other entrants will get access to a special ticket offer to see the show for just £10 (normally £15); what more could you want?
