The Royal Court today confirmed the cast for the West End transfer of Jumpy, with Tamsin Greig and Doon Mackichan reprising their leading roles.
April De Angelis’ Jumpy is a comic family drama centred on the relationship of Hilary, a former activist, and her rebellious teenage daughter. Nina Raine returns as director.
The reprisal features the majority of the original cast, who are joined by Ben Lloyd-Hughes as Cam (The Way of the World, at Sheffield Crucible, The Hour for BBC), and Amanda Root as Bea, (Macbeth and Troilus and Cressida for the RSC, The Norman Conquests at the Old Vic, Persuasion for BBC).
The full cast for the production has also been announced as Seline Hizli (BBC’s The Land Girls), Richard Lintern (As You Desire Me at the Playhouse), James Musgrave (Wanderlust at the Royal Court), Bel Powley (Arcadia on Broadway), Ewan Stewart (Much Ado About Nothing for Shakespeare’s Globe)
