Award-winning stage faves will appear in the series

The line-up for the second series of The Celebrity Traitors has been confirmed, with Claudia Winkleman returning as host.
The RTS and BAFTA Craft Award-winning series will return to BBC One and BBC iPlayer later this year with its largest celebrity cast so far.
Produced by Studio Lambert, the show will see 21 well-known figures head to the Scottish Highlands to take part in the game of deception, competing for a prize of up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice.
Among those taking part are broadcaster Amol Rajan, actor Bella Ramsey, comedians James Acaster, Joanne McNally, Joe Lycett, Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan, alongside singer-songwriter James Blunt and musician Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
They will be joined by actor and author Richard E Grant, Olivier Award-winning actor Julie Hesmondhalgh, presenter Maya Jama, actor Michael Sheen, actor and author Miranda Hart, actor Myha’la, mathematician and broadcaster Hannah Fry, actor and presenter Ross Kemp, musician and actor Sebastian Croft, actor Sharon Rooney, model and actor Jerry Hall and content creator King Kenny.
The first series of the celebrity edition launched in October 2025 and averaged 14.9 million viewers, peaking at 15.4 million for its final episode. The most recent civilian run of The Traitors, which aired in January 2026, achieved a 28-day average audience of 12.5 million, with viewing driven largely by iPlayer.
The new series of The Celebrity Traitors will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer later in 2026.
Closer to the stage, a new theatre adaptation is also in the works for 2027, with dates to be confirmed.
