The ”Miranda” star will join the UK premiere of Joshua Harmon’s hit play
Sarah Hadland will join Alex Kingston in the UK premiere of Admissions at Trafalgar Studios and on tour.
Hadland, who is known for her roles in Miranda as well as recently in Dance Nation and The Way of the World, will play Ginnie in the show, which transfers to the West End from New York's Lincoln Centre Theater.
The cast will also include Andrew Woodall (Bill), Margot Leicester (Roberta) and Ben Edelman (Charlie), with the Daniel Autkin's piece opening in London on 28 February and runs until 25 May, before transferring to Richmond Theatre, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Malvern Festival Theatre and the Lowry Salford.
Joshua Harmon's piece follows Sherri (Kingston), who is the Head of Admissions at a private school and is fighting to diversify the student intake. It won the Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Play.
Harmon's other plays include Bad Jews which opened in Bath before transferring to The Other Palace (then the St James Theatre) and the Arts Theatre.
