Last night we took almost 100 theatregoers to The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui at the Duchess Theatre. Following a 2012 critically acclaimed sell-out run at Chichester Festival Theatre, Jonathan Church's production has transferred to the West End with Henry Goodman once more in the title role.

Billed as a "funny, sharp and thrilling take on the rise of Hitler shot through with razor-sharp wit", Arturo Ui was written by Bertold Brecht in 1941 whilst in exile from Germany.

Other principal cast members reprising their roles in the West End are Keith Baxter, Michael Feast, William Gaunt and Joe McGann.
