Mead & Van Outen Set for Dream Wedding???

Any Dream Will Do star Lee Mead, who recently hung up his dreamcoat in the West End (See Photos, 12 Jan 2009), has reportedly proposed to girlfriend Denise Van Outen.

According to the Daily Mirror, 27-year old Mead popped the question last week before whisking his new fiancé off to St Lucia for a celebratory holiday. “Denise had no idea but was absolutely thrilled,” said a source. “It’s like a fairy tale. Denise has found her prince.”

The couple met during the filming of Any Dream Will Do in 2007, on which Van Outen was a judge, and have been dating for 18 months. A spokesperson for the couple confirmed that no date had been set, but that the wedding “will probably be later this year”.
