Conor McPherson's play featuring the music of Bob Dylan opened in the West End last night following an acclaimed run at the Old Vic in 2017.

We spoke with cast members including Shirley Henderson, Adam James and Arinze Kene, as well as guests Bertie Carvel and Tom Burke.

The piece uses reworked versions of Bob Dylan songs, weaving them into a piece set in Minnesota in 1934, where a community huddles together in a local guesthouse.

Girl From the North Country runs at the Noel Coward Theatre until 24 March.
