Get the lowdown on this year’s raunchiest West End night, all for charity
West End Bares, the charity gala event of the year, sees a variety of famous West End names and the cream of the performing crop coming together to support the Make A Difference Foundation.
We quizzed host Summer Strallen and director David Grewcock about all things West End Bares ahead of the show on Sunday.
This year's theme is the rather saucy 'Ruby Strippers'and promises to be a cavalcade of fun riffing off the characters and scenes from Oz. Alongside casts from across the West End, the show will feature the likes of Graham Norton, Strallen, Adam Garcia and a raft of other celebrities in hosting roles. More names will be announced this week.
Director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell, creator of the original concept Broadway Bares said: "I can't wait to see the eighth edition of West End Bares in London and what a perfect theme to go full out and celebrate life.'
There will also be a song performed by Rebeccea Trehean written especially for the evening.
West End Bares: Ruby Strippers will take place on Sunday 29 October at the Novello Theatre at both 7pm and 9:30pm.
