Shows That Shaped Me is a new theatre podcast from WhatsOnStage in which we ask leading theatre actors and makers about their most memorable productions, the production they wished they'd seen and the person, dead or alive, that they'd most like to work with.

In this week's episode we sit down with the Bush Theatre's artistic director Madani Younis.

A year after joining the Bush Theatre in 2012 he programmed the theatre's most successful season to date, which saw the theatre play to 99 per cent capacity.

In 2016 he led a major redevelopment of the theatre which was completed last year and includes a second studio space for the venue.

As a director at the Bush his productions have included The Royale, Perseverance Drive and Chalet Lines.
