Casting has been announced for Debbie Tucker Green's new show Ear For Eye, which opens at the Royal Court next month.

Directed and written by Tucker Green, the piece aims to show how patience is running out when it comes to change for Black British and African American communities.

Appearing in the show are Jamal Ajala (Sirens), Tosin Cole (They Drink in the Congo), Seroca Davis (Love's Labour's Lost), George Eggay (King Lear), Demetri Goritsas (Machinal), Michelle Greenidge (Nine Night), Eric Kofi Abrefa (Julie), Lashana Lynch (a profoundly affectionate…), Hayden McLean (The Cherry Orchard), Kayla Meikle (Dance Nation), Shaniqua Okwok (Instructions for Correct Assembly), Nicholas Pinnock (The Royale), Sarah Quist (The Captive Queen), Anita Reynolds (Absolute Hell), Faz Singhateh (Jesus Hopped the 'A' Train) and Angela Wynter (The Hotel Cerise).

The piece marks Tucker Green's return to the Royal Court following her production of A Profoundly Affectionate Passionate Devotion to Someone (-noun), which ran in March 2017. WhatsOnStage critic Sarah Crompton described that show as "haunted by a deep emotional tug" in her four-star review.
