It opened in October 2017 and was developed by Nick Starr and Nicholas Hytner as the home of the London Theatre Company. The theatre has a seating capacity of 900 and features a flexible space that can be adapted to accommodate different types of productions. For example, the opening production, “Young Marx,” featured a traditional proscenium arrangement, while other productions like “Julius Caesar” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” had the stalls seating removed to create an immersive experience with the audience standing around moving platforms
