Casting has been announced for Anne Washburn's new play Shipwreck, directed by the Almeida's artistic director Rupert Goold.

The "sinister" piece, which invites audiences to "dinner with the 45th president of the United States", marks Washburn's third show at the Almeida following The Twilight Zone (which transfers to the West End next year) and Mr Burns.

Appearing in Shipwreck will be Khalid Abdalla (An Injury), Fisayo Akinade (Antony and Cleopatra), Raquel Cassidy (Home), Risteárd Cooper (The Weir), Elliot Cowan (Les Blancs), Tara Fitzgerald (Game of Thrones), Adam James (King Charles III) and Justine Mitchell (Beginning).

The show runs from 12 February to 30 March, and has design by Miriam Buether, costume by Fly Davis, lighting by Jack Knowles, sound by Paul Arditti, video by Luke Halls, voice by Brett Tyne and casting by Amy Ball.
