Broadway and West End producers Adam Blanshay and Gareth Lake have teamed to launch a new production company.

In partnership with the recently launched Just For Laughs Theatricals, Glass Half Full productions will produce musicals, plays and comedy in the UK and US.

Current projects include the Broadway transfer of Shakespeare's Globe's productions of Richard III and Twelfth Night, as well as co-producing credits for the UK and Ireland tour of Shrek The Musical, Jez Butterworth’s Mojo at The Harold Pinter Theatre and In the Next Room at St James Theatre this Christmas.

Blanshay and Lake said: "We have individually enjoyed years of involvement in financing and co-producing unique and acclaimed work in the UK and US. Our plan for the future with Glass Half Full Productions is not only to finance projects, but to develop new projects of our own. Our mandate is such that we are opens to all forms of straight drama, and musical comedy, and will be actively looking for these great works."
