The productions run from September to November at the Kilburn venue
Tricycle artistic director Indhu Rubasingham has announced casting for the venue's upcoming productions of Sam Shepard's True West and Marcus Gardley's The House That Will Not Stand.
Joining Alex Ferns and Eugene O'Hare in True West, which runs from 9 September to 4 October 2014 (previews from 4 September) are Steven Elliot (Saul Kimmer) and Barbara Rafferty (Mom).
Director Phillip Breen reunites the cast from his production that opened to acclaim last year at Glasgow's Citizens Theatre.
For The House That Will Not Stand, Rubasingham will direct former WhatsOnStage Award nominee Tanya Moodie (Makeda), alongside Ronke Adekoluejo (Odette), Ayesha Antoine (Agnes), Michele Austin (La Veuve), Martina Laird (Beartrice), Clare Perkins (Marie Josephine), Danusia Samal (Maude Lynn) and Paul Shelley (Lazare).
Marcus Gardley's play, first seen in the States earlier this year, is set in 1836 New Orleans, where black Creole women entered into marriages with rich white men.
It receives its UK premiere at the Tricycle on 17 October (previews from 9 October), and runs until 22 November.
