Amy Schindler and Jay Taylor both feature in the line up
Theatre503 have announced their new autumn season, which will be the first for new artistic director Lisa Spirling.
The season will feature a new play from Amy Schindler, the writer of ITV's Pat and Cabbage, called Burning Bridges. It tells the story of a young woman with Asperger's Syndrome.
Also included in the season is Screens, a new play written by Stephen Laughton, which follows a Turkish-Cypriot family getting to grips with identity in a digital world.
The Acedian Pirates, written by Jay Taylor, challenges mythology whilst asking questions about military occupation, by telling the story of Jacob, who's been at war for six years.
Following a successful run last year, And Then Come the Nightjars will embark on a tour of the UK, starting in Newcastle on 14 September, and ending in Derby on 22 October.
Sleeping Trees return this year with a new panto Scrooge and the Seven Dwarves, which opens on 22 November.
Spirling, who is joining the company from JMK Trust's Regional Directors Program, will take up her new role from August.
