Exclusive: The ongoing tour of Six has announced a new cast for its 2026 UK and China tour.

The company will take over from 15 July at Bromley’s Churchill Theatre before touring the UK until 26 September. The production will then embark on a 12-week tour of China, running until 20 December.

The new cast comprises Madison Swan as Catherine of Aragon, Izi Maxwell as Anne Boleyn, Laura Dawkes as Jane Seymour, Hannah Victoria as Anna of Cleves, Lizzie Emery as Katherine Howard and Eloise Lord as Catherine Parr.

Joining them as alternates are Lorren Santo-Quinn, Rosie Singha and Erin Summerhayes, while Selen Berry and Darcy Stewart will serve as super swings. The company will be accompanied by the production’s all-female band, the Ladies in Waiting, led by musical director Yutong Zhang.

Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, Six reimagines the six wives of Henry VIII as pop performers, who tell their stories through a concert-style musical.

The show continues to run in the West End at the Vaudeville Theatre and on Broadway at the Lena Horne Theatre. International productions and tours have also played across North America, Europe, Asia and Australasia, with the musical returning to China in 2026.

The production won Tony Awards for Best Original Score and Best Costume Design in 2022 and has also received multiple WhatsOnStage Awards, including Best West End Show. The original studio album was certified platinum in 2026, while the Broadway recording SIX – Live on Opening Night received a Grammy Award nomination.

The musical is co-directed by Lucy Moss and Jamie Armitage, with choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. The creative team includes Emma Bailey (set design), Gabriella Slade (costume design), Tim Deiling (lighting design) and Paul Gatehouse (sound design). Orchestrations are by Tom Curran, with music supervision and vocal arrangements by Joe Beighton.

Also on the creative team are associate directors Alexandra Spencer-Jones and Beth Wilkinson, associate choreographer Nicole Bondzie and associate UK musical supervisor Lauren Hopkinson. Casting is by Pearson Casting.

The 2026 UK tour cast will also be visiting High Wycombe’s Swan Theatre (22 to 26 July), Salford’s Lowry (1 to 15 August), Tunbridge Wells Assembly Hall Theatre (18 to 22 August), Sheffield Lyceum Theatre (1 to 12 September) and Edinburgh Festival Theatre (15 to 26 September). The production will then embark on a 12-week tour of China.

The wider 2026/27 UK and Ireland tour will visit Glasgow, Inverness, Darlington, Woking, Southampton, Leeds, Llandudno, Southend, Milton Keynes, Brighton, Swansea, Sunderland, Leicester, Chester, Cambridge, Malvern, Dublin, Belfast, Aylesbury, Stockton, Stoke, Torquay and Bristol. Further dates for 2027 are set to be announced, with casting for the 2026 to 2027 tour to be confirmed.

Six is produced by Kenny Wax, Wendy and Andy Barnes, and George Stiles.
