Adapted by Matthew Spangler, the production is set in in Afghanistan and tells the story of a divided country on the verge of war. Two childhood friends are excited about a kite flying tournament until a terrible incident changes their lives forever.
Giles Croft directs a cast including Ben Turner (Casualty) who reprises his performance from the UK tour.
The Kite Runner runs at Wyndham's Theatre until 11 March 2017.
