The evening was directed by Jamie Lloyd and was inspired by Shakespeare's speech from The Book of Sir Thomas More. Whither Would You Go saw stars paired with scenes from Shakespeare and refugee stories from around the world.

The event is the creation of Ella Smith and Emma West and the inaugural production took place in Los Angeles in March.
