Photos have been released offering a first look at Othello at Shakespeare's Globe.
Directed by Claire van Kampen, the piece stars André Holland as the titular tragic hero, joined by Olivier Award and Oscar winner Mark Rylance as Iago and Olivier Award-winner Sheila Atim as Emilia.
Catherine Bailey plays Bianca and Doge of Venice, William Chubb plays Brabantio, Stefan Donnelly plays Roderigo, Micah Loubon, Clemmie Sveaas and Ira Mandela Siobhan act as the Chorus, Aaron Pierre plays Cassio, Badria Timimi plays Lodovica and Jessica Warbeck plays Desdemona.
Othello has design by Jonathan Fensom and the music is composed by van Kampen.
