Lara Pulver, Stephen Mangan and Sharon D Clarke join Guys and Dolls at the Royal Albert Hall

The production of the classic musical has a crack cast

Further casting has been announced for Guys and Dolls, which runs at the Royal Albert Hall in October.

Olivier and WhatsOnStage Award winner Lara Pulver, last seen on stage in Gypsy in the West End and whose screen credits include Sherlock, will play Sarah Brown, while Stephen Mangan (The Birthday Party) will take on the role of the narrator.

Also joining the cast is Sharon D Clarke, ahead of her West End appearance in Caroline, Or Change, who stars as General Cartwright, as well as Paul Nicholas (Jesus Christ Superstar) who appears as Arvide Abernathy.

The cast will also include Stephane Anelli, Dan Burton, Cory English, Julian Forsyth,
Nia Jermin, Alexis Owen Hobbs, Sévan Stephan, Matthew Whennell-Clark,
Davide Fienauri, Stevie Hutchinson, Ross McLaren, Ebony Molina, Jo Morris,
Cris Penfold, Jak Skelly, Rachel Stanley and Alexandra Waite-Roberts.

They join previously announced cast members Adrian Lester, Jason Manford, Meow Meow, Clive Rowe and Joe Stilgoe.

The production marks the first time the musical has ever been performed in its entirety at the Royal Albert Hall and will be directed and choreographed by Stephen Mear, featuring the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.

The classic piece from Frank Loesser, Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows includes showstoppers such as "Luck Be a Lady", "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" and "My Time of Day". It will have musical direction from James McKeon and design by Morgan Large.
