Casting has been announced for the Royal Albert Hall's production of Guys and Dolls which plays three performances at the iconic venue in October.

The semi-staged production – directed and choreographed by Stephen Mear – will star Adrian Lester as Sky Masterson, Jason Manford as Nathan Detroit and Meow Meow as Miss Adelaide.

Clive Rowe will reprise his Olivier Award-winning performance as Nicely Nicely Johnson with Joe Stilgoe as Benny Southstreet.

Accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, the production will feature showstoppers including "Luck Be a Lady", "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" and "My Time of Day".

On the news, Lester said said: "It's been a few years since I've been on stage and quite a few more since I've been in a musical, but singing at the Royal Albert Hall, backed by the Royal Philharmonic, is an opportunity too good to miss. I'm really looking forward to singing Sky Masterson as part of a great company."

Performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Guys and Dolls will have musical direction from James McKeon and design by Morgan Large.
