Olivier Award-winning cabaret troupe La Soirée will have its West End debut this winter at the Aldwych Theatre from 24 November.
Having previously had runs at the Spiegeltent on both the South Bank and in Leicester Square, this year marks the cabaret's first run in a main theatre space. Since the show first debuted seven years ago it has included the likes of Ursula Martinez, Camille O'Sullivan, Meow Meow, Cabaret Decadanse, Le Gateau Chocolat, Marawa and Jess Love.
The company have also unveiled a new, family-friendly La Petite Soirée, to run during the daytime on weekends and throughout the holiday season.
Brett Haylock, creative producer at La Soirée says: "We love the fact that the powers that be have allowed us into the Aldwych Theatre to cause some trouble and bring our own brand of mischief to this grand theatre over the festive season. La Soirée is a show that has come from the fringes. It celebrates performers that come from the fringes of the performing arts world across the globe."
In our review for La Soirée in Leicester Square last year, the show was described as 'a unique group of people bringing you the weird and the wonderful'.
A full line up of artists for La Soirée and La Petite Soirée will be announced soon.
