How to make the most of your shot to get ”Hamilton” tickets
There are currently no tickets on general sale. However when more are made available, there will be three authorised websites to buy tickets from, and they all sell from the same single allocation.
These websites are the official Hamilton website, the Delfont Mackintosh website, and Ticketmaster. You will be able to purchase a maximum of six tickets for each performance.
Any ticket sold on any other website, including all secondary ticket sites like GetMeIn or eBay, will be voided and refused admission.
After previews, tickets will cost £37.50, £57.50 or £89.50, with premium tickets costing £137.50 and £200.
According to their website, there will be no discounted tickets at all.
To combat ticket touts, the producers of Hamilton have introduced a paperless ticketing scheme. This means no traditional tickets will be issued before performances. Instead, the card used to pay for the tickets will grant you access to the theatre (providing that the cardholder is present with a government-issued photo ID).
When you arrive at the theatre, you will then swipe your payment card to enter the theatre. This means you must arrive at the theatre with your entire party.
There will be two ticket lotteries for Hamilton.
There will be a daily ticket lottery in-person at the theatre. Winners will be able to purchase two tickets for £20.
Each week, there will be an online lottery, similar to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child's Friday Forty, with tickets priced at £37.50
Hamilton will open at the Victoria Palace Theatre on 21 December, with previews from 6 December.
