The show is the first in the year-long Oscar Wilde season in the West End
Rehearsal photos have been released for the West End production of A Woman of No Importance, showing Eve Best and Anne Reid preparing for the show's debut.
Directed by Dominic Dromgoole, the show will also star William Gaunt and Eleanor Bron. It will kickstart the year-long Oscar Wilde season at the Vaudeville, which will continue with Lady Windermere's Fan starring Jennifer Saunders. The season is rounded out by An Ideal Husband and The Importance of Being Earnest in 2018.
The play, which debuted in 1893, depicts an upper class English family holding a house party at the end of the 19th century, rocked by domestic drama. It will have design from Jonathan Fensom and lighting by Ben Ormerod.
A Woman of No Importance runs at the Vaudeville Theatre from 16 October to 30 December, with previews from 6 October.
