John Tiffany's hit production of The Glass Menagerie will open in the West End next year.
After runs on Broadway and at the Edinburgh International Festival, producers Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender will bring The Glass Menagerie to the Duke of York's from 26 January for 13 weeks.

American actress Cherry Jones will reprise her role as matriarch Amanda Wingfield in the show alongside two members of the Edinburgh cast Kate O'Flynn who plays Laura and Michael Esper as Tom. Brian J Smith played the role of the Gentlemen Caller on Broadway and returns to the role in London.

The production was lauded on both Broadway when it opened in 2013 and in Edinburgh earlier this year, with WhatsOnStage giving the production five stars.

Tennessee Williams' classic play tells of Amanda Wingfield and her attempts to get her writer son Tom to bring round 'gentlemen callers' for her recluse daughter Laura.
