Last night (1 July 2013) we took over 150 theatregoers to see the West End transfer of Chichester Festival Theatre’s acclaimed production of Private Lives at the Gielgud Theatre.

Directed by Jonathan Kent, Noel Coward’s classic comedy stars Anna Chancellor and Toby Stephens and is currently booking until 21 September 2013.

Elyot (Toby Stephens) and Amanda (Anna Chancellor) are glamorous, rich, reckless… and divorced. Five years later, their love for one another is unexpectedly rekindled when they take adjoining suites of a French hotel while honeymooning with their new spouses, Victor (Anthony Calf) and Sibyl (Anna-Louise Plowman). This chance encounter instantly reignites their passion, and they fling themselves headlong into a whirlwind of love and lust once more, without a thought for partners present or turbulences past.

After the performance we were joined for a Q&A with cast members Toby Stephens, Anna Chancellor, Anthony Calf and Anna-Louise Plowman, and director Jonathan Kent. Follow coverage in the box below or on Twitter @Whatsonstage. And join in using #WOSOuting!
