Olivia Colman took a break from fighting crime in Broadchurch to attend the opening night of A View from the Bridge's West End transfer.

Ivo van Hove's production, which received a five-star review from WhatsOnStage, stars Mark Strong as Eddie Carbone, along with Phoebe Fox, Nicola Walker, Michael Gould, Luke Norris and Emun Elliott.

Other attendees at the opening night included Stanley Tucci, Kristin Scott Thomas, Fiona Shaw, Bertie Carvel and Cameron Mackintosh, fresh from his success at the WhatsOnStage Awards on Sunday.

A View from the Bridge runs at Wyndham's Theatre until 11 April 2015.
