It will receive its European premiere later this year

Further casting has been revealed for the new musical Private Jones.
Running this Christmas in London, the production explores the First World War through the eyes of a deaf Welsh soldier and highly successful sniper, Gomer Jones.
The production, which weaves together sign language, live captioning, a Foley soundscape, and a sweeping original score, will feature a cast of hearing, hard-of-hearing, and Deaf performers.
As already revealed, the company will include Rose Ayling-Ellis as The Storyteller, James Spence as Gomer Jones and Bronwyn James as King.
They will be joined by Ffion Haf as Gwenolyn/Evans, Nadeem Islam as Henry, George Karanja, Luke McCall as Father/Drill Sergeant/Major, Lili Mohammad, Thea Munoz-Buirski, Katie Louise Pritchard, Jacob Ethan Tanner as Alwyn, and Jacob Young as Trystan.
It will play at Southwark Playhouse Elephant from 14 December 2026 until 30 January 2027, with a national press night on 17 December 2026.
The show has choreography by Misha Shields, artistic sign language direction by Alexandria Wailes, music direction by Màth Roberts, set design by Anna Kelsey, lighting design by Tim Deiling, sound design by Yvonne Gilbert, video design by Ben Glover, associate direction by Alice Eklund, casting direction by Rob Kelly, BSL direction by Daryl Jackson, Welsh language consultancy by Lowri Morgan, music consultancy by Myrna Conn, production management by Sam Kelly and dramaturgy by Jac Moore. It is produced by Hugo Six in association with Thomas Hopkins Productions.
