Kneehigh's piece about a drunk duck, adapted from Jim Dodge's novel, is to tour the UK.

The piece runs as part of the Asylum season in a purpose-built tent in The Lost Gardens of Heligan and will tour to Nottingham, Warwick, Liverpool and Southampton.

Simon Harvey directs a cast including Zaid Al-Rikabi (Musician), Jenny Beare (Gabrielle), Calvin A. Dean (Tiny), Rachel Leonard (Fup), Dave Mynne (Grandaddy Jake) and Ben Sutcliffe (Musician).

The piece is a surreal adaptation of Doge's Fup which follows a family and their overweight, whiskey-swilling duck.

Puppetry for the piece is from Lyndi Wright with puppet direction from Sarah Wright. The tour begins on 25 September at Nottingham.
