Performances at the one-off event at the Novello Theatre have also been announced
Graham Norton will return to host this year's West End Bares, alongside newly announced co-hosts.
Ramin Karimloo, Gina Beck and Ben Freeman will join Norton on stage as hosts at the charity event, subtitled Excalibare.
This year double-Olivier winner David Bedella will perform as well as Summer Strallen alongside a cast of over 100 made up of casts from Aladdin, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Dreamgirls.
The show takes place at the Novello Theatre on Sunday 25 September at 7pm and 9.30pm. Tickets can be bought here.
Now in its seventh year, the show is based on the same concept as Broadway Bares which was started by director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell. The show raises money for The Make a Difference Trust, a UK charity which works towards a world free from HIV and AIDS.
