First look: Rachel Tucker as Elphaba in Wicked

The actress returns to the role in the West End following her run on Broadway

Images have been released of Rachel Tucker as Elphaba in Wicked.

Tucker returns to the West End production at the Apollo Victoria after performing the role on Broadway.

She has re-joined the cast for the show's tenth anniversary along with Suzie Mathers (Glinda), Oliver Savile (Fiyero), Anita Dobson (Madame Morrible), Mark Curry (The Wizard), Martin Ball (Doctor Dillamond), Katie Rowley Jones (Nessarose), Idriss Kargbo (Boq), Alice Fearn (standby for Elphaba) and Carina Gillespie (standby for Glinda).

Tucker will star as Elphaba until 28 January 2017.

Wicked has music and lyric from Stephen Schwartz and is adapted from the novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West.

Wicked is running at the Apollo Theatre until November 2017.
