Exclusive: First listen to "This'll Be The Year" by Nadim Naaman

The second album by ”The Phantom of the Opera” star is out later this month

WhatsOnStage readers have been offered a first look and listen to "This'll Be The Year" from Nadim Naaman's upcoming second album, Sides.

Naaman is currently starring as Raoul in the West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, his previous theatre credits include The Sound of Music (Palladium), Titanic (Southwark Playhouse) and One Man, Two Guvnors (Theatre Royal Haymarket).

"Sides" is a double-length album with nine self-penned songs and nine musical theatre songs. Guest vocals are provided by some of the West End's finest talent including Rob Houchen (Les Misérables), Eva Noblezada (Miss Saigon, Les Misérables) and Celinde Schoenmaker (The Phantom of the Opera).

The album, produced by Auburn Jam Records, will be launched at an event at The Hippodrome, London on Sunday 19 June at 3pm, after which it can be downloaded via all major online retailers from 20 June. Tickets for the launch can be purchased here.
