Bowie-Sell is currently ”Time Out”’s deputy theatre editor
WhatsOnStage is delighted to announce the appointment of Daisy Bowie-Sell as its new managing editor.
Bowie-Sell, who is currently Time Out London's deputy theatre editor, takes up the role on 1 October 2015, succeeding current managing editor Theo Bosanquet.
She said of her appointment: "It's a pivotal time for theatre journalism in the UK with the drive towards digital and online media. As the leading UK website dedicated to theatre nationwide, this role is a brilliant opportunity to help set the agenda for theatre journalism. I look forward to joining Sita and the team at WhatsOnStage as we look to the company's 20th birthday next year."

Daisy Bowie-Sell has been deputy theatre editor at Time Out London since 2013. Prior to this she worked as a journalist on the arts desk of the Telegraph, where she wrote about theatre, film, TV and music and interviewed actors including Daniel Radcliffe, Helen Mirren and Michael Fassbender.
