Former Britain's Got Talent runner up Charlotte Jaconelli will play Amalia Balash in the Landor Theatre's upcoming revival of 1963 Broadway musical She Loves Me.

Running from 4 February to 7 March 2015, the production, which is directed by Robert McWhir, marks singer Jaconelli's theatre debut.

Among those joining her in the cast are: John Sandberg as Georg Nowack, Emily Lynne as Ilona Ritter, Matthew Wellman as Steven Kodaly, Joshua Leclair as Arpad, David Herzog as
Ladislav Sipos and Ian Dring as Mr Maraczek.

Jaconelli commented: "I'm absolutely thrilled to be making my debut at the fabulous Landor Theatre. And I'm so excited that I get to be a part of She Loves Me with such a talented team of cast and creatives."

With music and lyrics from Sheldon Harnick and Jerry Bock (Fiddler on the Roof), She Loves Me revolves around a little shop in Budapest and two of its employees.

Despite being consistently at odds with each other at work, through lonely hearts ads they unknowingly become each other’s anonymous pen pals and a world of witty romance evolves.
