Following a raft of rave reviews for Ain't Misbehavin', we popped down to Southwark Playhouse to see what all the fuss was about.

Tyrone Huntley makes his directing debut with this first London revival in 25 years, which also has choreography by Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse.

Currently running at Southwark Playhouse until 1 June, the show features a cast including Adrian Hansel, Renée Lamb, Carly Mercedes-Dyer, Landi Oshinowo and Wayne Robinson.

Design is by takis, with lighting by James Whiteside, sound by Dan Samson, associate choreography from James Bennett, orchestrations by Mark Dickman and casting by Will Burton.

Ain't Misbehavin' celebrates the music of Fats Waller, stepping back into the 1920s nightclubs of Manhattan. It's based on an idea by Murray Horwitz and Richard Maltby Jr, with orchestrations and arrangements by Luther Henderson, vocal and musical concepts by Jeffrey Gutcheon and vocal arrangements by Jeffrey Gutcheon and William Elliott.
