A seminar was held this morning at the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), exploring "how the arts and cultural sectors can scale ambition, impact and influence".

Run as part of the Arts Council's 'State of the Arts' series, speakers included Sir Peter Bazalgette, the new chair of Arts Council England, independent consultant John Knell and Deborah Bull, the director of cultural partnerships at King's College London.
