West End and Broadway stars join young adult Phantom audiobook

The full cast has been announced for the audiobook edition of Our Strange Duet by Erin A. Craig, a reimagining of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera told from the perspective of Christine Daaé.

The audiobook is being released by Listening Library and LW Entertainment on 1 September 2026.

The production is led by Beatrice Penny-Touré as Christine Daaé, Jordan Donica as the Phantom, and Jordan Fisher as Raoul.

The cast also includes Sierra Boggess as Carlotta Giudicelli, Katrina Lenk as Madame Giry, Norm Lewis as Ubaldo Piangi, Stephanie Styles as Meg Giry, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Monsieur Firmin and Dan Stevens as Monsieur André.

The audiobook will feature a full cast, dramatised scenes, sound design and musical elements from Phantom of the Opera. It has been recorded by producers Julie Wilson and Kirby Crosbie.

The story retells the events of The Phantom of the Opera through Christine’s perspective.
