Further casting has been announced for the upcoming production of No Man's Land starring Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart.

Game of Thrones star Owen Teale will join Stewart and McKellen to play Briggs in Harold Pinter's play which is directed by Sean Mathias.

Tony Award-winning Teale has starred in Dance of Death alongside McKellen, Ivanov at the National Theatre and Julius Caesar, King Lear and Henry IV for the RSC.

Mathias' production of No Man's Land first opened at the Cort Theatre in New York in rep with Waiting for Godot. It arrives over in the UK at the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield, before touring to Newcastle, Brighton, Cardiff and then Wyndham's Theatre in the West End.

The play is set on a summer evening where two ageing writers Spooner and Hirst meet in a Hampstead pub and continue drinking in Hirst's home nearby.

No Man's Land runs at Lyceum Theatre, Sheffield from 3 August, Theatre Royal, Newcastle from 15 August, Theatre Royal, Brighton from 22 August and New Theatre, Cardiff from 29 August. It runs from 8 September at Wyndhams with an opening night on 20 September.
