First images released of Jude Law in Obsession at the Barbican

Production images have been released of Jude Law in the upcoming production of Obsession at the Barbican Theatre.

Law stars in the Toneelgroep Amsterdam production, directed by Ivo van Hove as Gino alongside Halina Reijn. Obsession is an adaptation of Luchino Visconti's film of the same name about a man who plots to kill the owner of a petrol station while seducing his wife.

This will be the fourth Visconti production from van Hove and the original 1943 film was based on James M Cain's novel The Postman Always Rings Twice.

Obsession runs at the Barbican Centre until 20 May 2017.
